Medical Imaging Advisory Panel 2 (MIAP2)
The Medical Imaging Advisory Panel 2 advises the Board on matters pertaining to Breast Imaging and Ultrasound and reports to them and the AIR membership on current advice relating to areas that affect the professional activities of the diagnostic radiographer and the sonographer.
The Panel was formed to report directly to the Board of Directors on accreditation and educational requirements for radiographers undertaking mammography and Breast Imaging services in Australia.
