Application Form and Fees

Membership of the Australian Institute of Radiography is open to Radiographers and Radiation Therapists who are in possession of accreditation issued by the AIR.

Other memberships are open, in special cases, on application to the Board of the AIR under the Category Allied Sciences details of which are available from the Executive Officer.

Please take particular note that ORIGINALS ONLY of the Application form will be accepted at the AIR Secretariat for processing.  Also note the requirements regarding signature of Proposer on the Application form.
