Board of Directors

Being a Company Limited by Guarantee, and in accordance with its constitution, the business of the Institute is managed by a Board of Directors comprising six State Branch elected members.  The Board of Directors is instrumental in defining the goals and policies of the Australian Institute of Radiography.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the following:

• The complete financial affairs of the Institute
• Education and Accreditation
• Publications
• Membership and Members' interests
• Assessment of Overseas Qualifications
• Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
• ISRRT Membership
• Appointment of Panels, Committees and Sub Committees
• The Policies of the Institute

The Board of Directors is autonomous and makes decisions affecting all members of the Institute, nationwide.
